Gym Day 2

 Second day at the gym, but this time it was just a cardio session.  I have to admit that I was a bit ambitious with my routine, but I still managed about 40 minutes at med - heavy intensity.  Still, it gives me a target to aim for.  Right now, I'm eating an apple and having a nice cold glass of milk.  Already, I'm feeling better about myself.  Lets hope I start seeing results soon.
