Pretty Little Liars (s02e02): The Goodbye Look *** The Pretty Liars continue following their therapist and parents' orders to not see each other, or at least they try to, but with someone breaking into houses and the arrival of Allison's brother Jason, it's getting a bit difficult. Plus, you know, the drama in their personal lives is also ramped up a notch.
Jason is back and my is he creepy. There are so many references, clues, and questions this week. The game to figure it all out for this season has definitely begun now.
Why would you just leave the laptop in your room if it has evidence? I'm liking Emily and Samara, but really, she's her third love interest since the show started. I always wonder about tv shows where the characters always have love interests on the horizon. Is that really true to life? I also approve of her swimming storyline, anything to keep her in Rosewood.
I'm not sure what's going on with Toby/Spencer, besides it's a stupid idea to drop out of high school and get a GED. Spencer's story gets a lot more interesting when it involves her sister Melissa. I don't know why the girls assume she went and saw Ian, but I think she went and showed Jason her baby picture.
Hanna and her father storyline was kind of boring. I'm glad she made up with Mona, even if I'm constantly watching that girl to figure out if she's 'A'.
I still don't get Aria and her issue with Ezra, but I'm starting to think it was fear of the unknown. Leaving a goodbye note for him in his typewriter was harsh, after all their history together. Her run and kiss to him in the parking lot was epic though, and I'm so glad they're back together. The
music was awesome. Dramas always have the best music.
What was up with someone breaking into houses for camping equipment. Hm. Then, they attacked Aria and she came out of her shoe. That was actually kind of amusing. And I don't remember Jason being this creepy last year. If I were Spencer, I would have been a bit more freaked out after he yelled at the dog. I wonder what he's hiding in the garden that he has to cover up with tarp.
