The obvious ones would be if your friend wanted to have a Relationship....whether with you or someone else, there would still be Problems
With you, well and good, and the normal issues with Relationships apply....except that, should the two of you break up, you have thus lost your friend with benefits
With someone else, you've already lost your friend with benefits as I doub't their partner would like having you as an additional part of their Relationship with your friend
Even in the event that they do start having a Relationship with someone other than you, and keep having you as a friend with benefits, then, the partner is just going to want to end the Relationship
Not to mention that you may well be the Jealous type, and start asking why your friend is in a Relationship with them, and not you....thus risking the end of your friendship, and thus your friends with benefits arrangement, anyway
Should some kind of Threesome be managed to be arranged, that could potentially work for awhile, but, even that could be rife with Problems
No, in that regard, should you happen to have a friend with benefits, you're probably better off biting the bullet and trying to have a full-on Relationship with said friend, rather than merely taking what you can get, when you can get it, in the hope that they don't start having a Relationship with someone else, instead
