Writer's Block: Almost Famous

To a certain extent, I already am
There's a particular 'Star Trek' related Drink that I've been mixing on and off for the past 12 years now, which I've been supplying for an Annual Party since 1997, which has proved to be VERY popular :-D
So much so that, not only am I getting Requests for it outside of the Parties, but it's also been Suggested that I turn it into a Business
A Thought, I must admit, that has occured to me a number of times, but I just wouldn't know where to get started with such an....'Enterprise'
