I should note before anything, how the games work. In RE1, you can play the game as Chris or Jill, you generally go through the same path, only with different stories. And even in those stories, you get different endings if you let people die. Though the canon endings are of course the best ones where everybody lives.
In RE2, you play as Leon or Claire. If you play as Leon, you get to play as Claire going a different path alongside where you went as Leon after you beat it. If you play as Claire, you get to play as Leon doing the same. And each of those stories are pretty different.
In RE3, you just have different paths to take, so like RE1, different cutscenes, different possible endings, canon ending is the best one you can get.
So in short, all of these are worth watching because it's important to the storyline and the series is just awesome and the characters kick all sorts of ass. So if you're aiming to watch the cutscenes because you can't play the games and want to see the series, it's a good idea to watch them all!
Tho you should play the games because the puzzles and gameplay and ZOMBIES and stuff are all just so much fun to go through. 8D
Also some files in the games are very important and they're all pretty interesting and give backstory and stuff too, so. \o\
Some of these also have actual playthroughs of the game as well as cutscenes, because they were all I could find. They can be fun to watch (esp when people screw up) but if you skip around be careful to not miss any scenes! And with that, on we go.
