Dale and I went to Las Iguanas yesterday for lunch, after I'd been to the hospital. It's a mexican restaurant by the side of the corn exchange and it's really good!
We went on a monday which is when they do 241 cocktails, so we got something I can't pronounce which had vodka, orange and watermelon juice in. We got 2 pitchers and by the time we'd finished one we were both rather pissed so we ended up leaving the other pitcher, lightweights!
Anyway Dale got tapas (nachos, prawns and seafood pastry) and I got the lunch menu of chicken fajitas and fries. I also had a starter for an extra pound from the lunch menu which was a crayfish cocktail (basically prawn cocktail) and it was goooorgeous!
I'd definitely recommend going there, we both got desert and a coke each and it came to £45! Bargain considering we got cocktails too.
I've just finished working 9-6 and boy do my feet hurt. It wasn't as bad as I thought, it went reasonably quickly but I can imagine doing that everyday would be exceedingly boring, no thanks!
