It's finally here!!
CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!
Today I went and picked up breakfast yummies for the big breakfast at home in the morning. Just me, Wynn, Gracie and the puppies. OH! We got a rescue puppy last weekend!! She's a 10 month old red pitty. She was left chained to the back of an abandoned house. A construction worker in the neighborhood noticed that for at least a week nobody had fed her or been to the house. He went to get her and found her chewing on a loaded gun. !!!! So she was sent to the pit prints rescue and now she's ours! We named her Dixie Mae Moonpie. She's precious.
Tonight it's 3 candle light services. I love the Christmas eve services.
Breakfast and presents we got for each other in the morning. Nothing special. We both know what we're getting. It's a tight Christmas (Aren't they all?) so we limited our budgets and got only what each other REALLY wanted.
Then we go to my aunt, uncle, grandparents house. Brother, sister in law and nephew are in town. FUN! And my cousin managed to fly down from NY on Friday before the travelling nightmare began.
Then we stay the night at my parents and have another Christmas the next morning!

Then it's lazy days. I'm off for Christmas break and the husband was officially off work today at noon and doesn't go back til next Friday.
New Years Eve is a bring your favorite dish, your favorite beverage and your game face because it's a Wii tournament! Oh, and fireworks!! I just wish my stepson was home with us. But of course I'm sure his mama missed him in California.
