my car would be worth £250 if in perfect nick, given the age and mileage (according to the motor vehicle research database i got to play with on one of my temping assignments)
today i was told that not only was my car DANGEROUS TO DRIVE(!), but that it would cost £1000 to make safe and pass a re-test. so it's being condemned as its pretty obvious that i could buy a comparatively decent car for that (if i had it in the first place ffs). ebay for spares perhaps...

on the upside though, i got some great news last night that i will probably share next week :) cryptic? annoying? tough...
