Another Dream Realized
A dream of mine has always been to see the pyramids in Mexico and to climb them. Last weekend I did just that. It was amazing! I am in complete awe of this amazing site and it was better than I expected. It took some time (at 6,000 feet elevation it takes a little more time) but the hubby and I climbed right up the 300ft.to the top. Oh... and I slept though an earthquake too. We had a 5.0 in Mexico City. Being a San Franciscan and Rodo being a bit Chilango (someone from Mexico City...don't tell him I said that), we slept right though it all. This week I'm back in Brownsville with lots of work shit and prepping the house. This weekends the plans are planting the remainder of the landscaping in the back yard and then heading with to Reynosa with my friends Jorge and Aaron to a Osos de la Frontera's bear night at Bar Manhattan. Hopefully it's not to cheesy. Here's some pics of the weekend.
