Bread Goodness
This batch of bread has set up much better than the last batch which I was not totally happy with. HusbandMan likes the denser bread but it's not *right*. I could tell when I was kneading it that this round would be better and it's rising nicely. I am almost certain that the issue was with the temperature of the water I dissolved the yeast in. Careless of me, and avoidable in the future.
HusbandMan is the bestest EVAR! He ordered a pink personalized PotC hoodie for me. Yay! I'm spoiled. Totally and completely. Isn't it great? :)
It is November and we are officially less than 2 months from Disneyland. Woohoo! I will definitely be taking my new hoodie as well as my pink fleece princesses hoodie so Eowyn and I can do our matchies thing. I am holding out Disneyland as my reward for getting through the holiday season and a last break before 12th night and the upcoming reign in which I shall be way busy.
