searching for color
I'm making progress in the length department... but brown hair doesn't really match my style... its ok for jeans and t-shirts... but when I wanna dress up... I like to wear bright bold colors and red lips and whatnot... I'm hurtin' for some platinum blonde but have taken a vow of DIY celibacy in order to preserve the length.... Does anyone know of a good place/stylist in portland that can make my roots white-blonde (no mac n cheese please!) Without getting it on the tips? I would feel so magically fabulous if I could get that done!
