Back in LDN

• I passed Cambridge Proficiency exam
• My birthday went ok, I went for a boat trip to the town of Trogir with a friend and to a concert in the evening, but that's where things got a bit wrong - concert was 4 hours late and 15 minutes after it started my friend left, saying it's too loud for her. And then the concert lasted less than an hour
• First two days in London was rainy and shitty (well, my emotions anyway). I always feel very sad and teary right after going away...Especially because I am feeling so lonely now: Vlatka is in her own problems and just spreading the misery around so I think I'll try to avoid her a little bit for a while. Naima is in Italy on vacation...and well that's most of my friends. I daw Levina (girl who hosted me for a while) just to take my stuff from her...I still have to go and see Candice and take my stuff...
• I was on a picnic yesterday, my first proper picnic :) It was organized by CouchSurfing and the weather has been really nice this weekend, so why not. I met some people there, we played Boggle, ate cupcakes and drank wine. Since this new job leaves me with the free time in the evening (after 5.30 I'm done) I decided to go on more CS meetings, just to hang around people
• I have unlimited internet here!! :P
• There's a new exhibition in National Portrait Gallery, called Gay Icons. I wanted to go and see it today but I unexpectedly bought a luggage case on a sale - only 8 pounds!! And it's perfect size for low budget flights' hand luggage. And the exhibition is not admission free. Oh well, sometimes you have to pay, art can't be free all the time. I will go next weekend and perhaps see it.
• I wanted to buy a plane ticket for Dublin today and came to the checkout part when I saw that instead of 30 pounds, my ticket will be 40 because I don't have visa electron. If you have visa electron you don't have to pay any fee, but I only have Croatian visa electron on which I don't have any money. So I can ask my mum to put some money on it and send her money afterwords or pay 40 pounds. Grrr, stupid Ryanair, how it tricks people.
• And OMG, at HMV there's an offer - 4 DVDs for 10 pounds!! So many opportunities to spend money here!!
• There's another exhibition I want to see, Body Worlds. It closes in less than 2 weeks or so!!
