Here's a real WTF!?
I'm all for breastfeeding, but that is just plain STUPID.
I just can't see how the woman thought that was even remotely necessary. I can't think of any situation at all where the need to feed the child would override the danger of DEATH by having her sitting on my lap while I was driving! Bottles woman! and a half decent breast pump, and in your case a functioning brain. "if my child is hungry, I'm going to feed it." Indeed...just ...gah. The incredible amount of stupidity! It hurts my head (and my heart).
