I'm not sure if we wanted to go to Japan town specifically for the Cosplay event, but if that's the case there is another hotel not too much further away from hotel tomo, it's called the Queen Anne and it's about one street over. Instead of a Japanese theme it has a classic victorian theme and it's slightly more expensive. On priceline I found the cheapest room that would fit us all inside to be 179$ and I don't know about parking...Here is the Website:
