Breakfast: Peanut Butter Puffins with almond milk
Snacked on: Honey roasted almonds, a banana, an apple
Lunch: Romaine salad with french dressing (corn syrup fail), apples, pickles, and garlic.
Dinner: Vegetable lo mein (which I found out has gluten so fail again) and then later some corn chips, salsa, and apple juice.
There has yet to be a day where I don't break the rules. FTD.
I've also been a little loosey goosey both with spending and tracking my money. I think I'm finally done buying groceries for this diet which will help but I need to remember to tuck away 50 bucks more from my next paycheck than I was planning on to compensate for my lack of restraint.
