(no subject)
This week has been a little failtacular as far as job shopping is concerned but I did manage to buy a flash drive, load it with music, and make dinner for The Shields. Also big high 5 to chiigusa for putting up with my e-mail spamming.
So the landlord has fallen off the planet and I guess this means I'm not moving downtown. Wtf. Whatever. I talked to Upstairs Carol and she said I can stay as long as I like which is super nice of her and will maybe inspire me to come home more often and save more money. Here's hoping. Speaking of money I got totally hosed on my last check but since I didn't keep any paperwork proving my hours there isn't really anything I can do about it. Live and learn. Save your receipts! I have adjusted my budget for the first half of the month but for the most part I can't spend any money for two weeks. I have plenty of groceries so its really only going to be a test of willpower. I can do it. I haven't done any Christmas shopping either but as I just said I don't really have the money to do it anyway. Next week. Life returns to normal next week.
