A Thursday like any other Thursday
So things are going along rather decently. I’m full time at Amfam now… I’m happy with the extra hours, but the pay is still less than what I was previously making, and its just work that I don’t want to do forever. I am extremely thankful right now that I have a job, but with these extra hours, it will be more difficult to go on interviews, and more difficult to look for other positions. Plus now I work M-F meaning that Erics and I’s lunches won’t happen anymore after tomorrow. I had one good interview last Friday, but it is too far to drive everyday. I had a really positive phone interview Tuesday night, and an in person interview tomorrow, that is a little far away as well, but not too far. I might as well go to the interview, plus it pays really well… I have another interview on the 18th, and the job that I really want, I will know about around tomorrow if I have an interview or not.
In other news, as some of you may know…. I love Martha Stweart! I try my best to make cards, and deserts, but honestly most of the time they fail. Though Eric still says he loves them… Well for Valentines day I wanted to make something for Eric and my friends, so I did! I made sweetheart tarts with homemade lemon curd, lemon bars, and heart shaped sugar cookies. Then I packaged them, and made a card for Eric…. I have to say I pleasantly surprised myself… so of course I have to share pictures!!
