Stand back! I'm going to try science!
I just bought a copy of Mary Roach's Bonk: The Curious Coupling of Science and Sex. I randomly saw it at the bookstore, and got all excited that someone finally thought to combine two of my favourite subjects.
I'm only a hundred pages in, but it is hysterical (and actually quite scientifically interesting). I go back and forth from being amused, titillated, and genuinely fascinated. I Spock my eyebrow up and everything. I'm looking forward to reading her other two books, Spook: Science Tackles the Afterlife, and Stiff: The Curious Lives of Human Cadavers.
