I need you!
Hey guys! It's been a little while since I've posted - the flu/pnemonia thing I had really took it out of me. But, I'm all better, well on my way with my school work. But, I need some help from you guys. I have to write a short paper for "The Television Age" - here's the topic as written in the student study guide:
"Write an informal essay on the influence of television on yourself, members of your family, one or more of your friends, or society as a whole".
So, I would like all of you to think about how television fits into and influences your life. Both in regards to the type of programming you watch, and the effect of technology (ie, downloading shows, fast forwarding through commericals, tv on DVD, etc). You won't be identified by name, but I would like to give an impression of regional trends. For example, I would be identified in the essay as a 23 year old female from Southwestern Ontario. So, if in the comments you could include such relevant information about your self, that would be awesome!
And don't worry you guys, I've got more fun stuff planned for future posts - like new fanfic. I'm tackling a sexy Sylar/Elle (Heroes) oneshot, and a multi-chapter Spock/Uhura fic (hint: it will involve Section 31 - Trekkers will know what I mean).
