Check out the clip for "Slingers" a proposed TV show that is summed up as "Ocean's Eleven in Space'", featuring a sharply dressed gang of thieves staging a heist in the swinging 2260s. The guys running around are *fine*; the love children of Ianto Jones and Don Draper I'm sure. I can imagine Jack in his pre-Doctor days hanging out with this crowd. ETA: Your eyes aren't playing tricks on you, that IS Sean Pertwee, Son of Three, in the freeze frame below.
