LINE System - acronym for Linear Infighting Neural-Override Engagement
Date of Origin: 1978
Place of Origin: USA
The LINE system is a collection of close-combat skills and techniques developed by a guy prior to joining the US marine corps in '78. The standardised system contains grappling and striking techniques that resemble many other martial arts and are nearly all designed to kill an enemy.
It's ethos can be summed up as "Get them on the ground, stamp on their head".
Has anyone on my LJ flist ever studied it? (to be honest, I will be surprised if anyone has)
Was it any good?
Would you recommend it?
