I have been temporarily exiled up north. Way up north. I've been here since just after Easter and I'll be staying up here until early May.
It's incredibly flat and usually pretty windy. The drive up was full of woods and interesting road cuts, but all of that petered out as I entered the prairie.
I'm at a loss for what to do with myself over my upcoming 4-day weekend. I'm sure I can't take the rental truck across the border, so going to Winnipeg is out of the question. Everything else is so far away...
