The problem was, Lee had had a Plan. If it had a name, you could call it the Springtime Flowering of Love.

Yeah, Lee and his Plans...not to mention I think Lee is one of the only male characters I can think of anywhere who could be reduced to a bundle of romantic sap and still be completely IC. I don't care who he's paired with, if he's not a bundle of romantic sap, he's not Lee -- oh, and if he didn't also have a grand-sounding plan name. So, by my standards, Lee is IC. And adorable.
I realized this myself a few weeks ago; Lee is the first character of any of my fics that is a romantic. He's got other characteristics too, to keep him from getting too gooey, but he's one of my only main characters who doesn't treat the words 'I love you' like a frag grenade and no pin in sight *rolls eyes* And this is a great thing, because it's a wonderful change of pace for me, after all those emotionally stunted idjits I wrote before :P
And yes, the plan name in upper caps...His teacher would be So Proud.
I don't think I've ever been this amused by a character. Lee is adorable-- the fact that I can still say that about him after this hot smut says something. Again, your skill for characterization continues to both startle and delight me. (= And I think I've burned paragraphs worth of hot, smexy imagery into my eyeballs. Hot but tasteful. XD
Lee IS adorable, even as he's smexy ^__^ It's his special bloodline limit, though he doesn't know it :P Glad I can startle and delight (and burn smexyness into someone's eyeballs)!
haha this was a riot and yet hot at the same time. i like how Gaara took control and even said please....now that was a shocker. And of course how neither of them truly knew what they were doing was cute. Poor Lee's embrassment was funny and yet he went for what he wanted whoop! Aw young love gotta love it :).
Glad to hear it was hot! I was afraid it was a bit too weird, embarrassed and fumbling for that :P But yeah, having Gaara say 'please' was a key turning point to the scene's progressions. Who says it ain't the magic word? :P

In a word, yes ^_^ But it seems to have gone down well, to my relief.
I've indeed given it a lot of thought - probably too much, as I'm sure a shrink would agree. I think every writer worth his/her salt is borderline obsessive...Sex is weird and full of strange surprises, especially first times, and I really wanted to put that in there :P I also wanted it to make sense for these characters, so your review made me happy ^_^
RP? Lol, after reading that KisaLee crack, I'm almost tempted, but I know I hardly have enough time for my fics (I've not touched ANBU for weeks and I haven't finished Freeport...*wince*)
