Got back to Iquitos in one piece, though I almost missed the boat back: I´d got hold of a sleeping pill so that I wouldn`t lie awake until 3 am (when I wanted to get up, to get to Santa Rosa for 4 am for a boat leaving at 5). Yesterday morning I had the protective bath as prescribed (well, almost; I am still signally failing to wake up before sunrise, so I didn´t have the bath until about 0615).
