I'm all shook up...
Hi again!
Where to begin? First, I have somehow become totally obsessed with origami and kirigami. This has to be Liz's fault....somehow. :) I spent hours figuring out the logistics of turning some of my drawings into 3D kirigami pop up cards. Yeah, I have a busy life. They actually look pretty cool! So just to test out a theory of mine, I posted them on Etsy for two days as invitations...and custom orders POURED in! What?! I was very tickled by this. So I'm going to repost them this weekend and see how much extra cash I can make off them. *Tooting of my own horn* They are awesome though! And I'm enthralled by kirigami flowers. I've gotten so wrapped up in it that I started folding my napkin at dinner the other night and I didn't even realize it!
In other news...not much other news actually. My birthday is next month and I would love to have a barbeque. Richard has challenged me to create my own barbeque sauce, so I think we have to have a barbeque to get rid of all that sauce right? RIGHT! Now we just have to figure out where to do it since we live on the sixth floor. I say rooftop, he says the park. What do you think?
