[Undertaker is outside somewhere, smiling as he holds the PCD at arms length, just high enough to see what's behind him-- three flying pigs that are no longer able to fly away, wings clipped just so, just inside one of those holes he tends to dig so very early in the morning.]Would anyone care to have something as close to a pig that this place can

What sorts of things would you wish in return for a pig, good sir?

[That smile of his is something between pleasent and.. the usual creepyness that is always somehow there.]
Any cloth that can be spared, perhaps a few chores to be done that will give me a little free time-- anything that comes to mind! [Of course some of those chores are probably for those who can stand the sight of blood.. And organs in jars.]

Indeed, good sir. We - we must all rely on one another to truly thrive in such a place as this.
I have cloth, and I am able to sew and mend, should you need such things. I also have some wool, still. We were able to shear more than I have been able to spin.
[Of course, she keeps getting distracted from spinning by her other chores and family disputes, but, shh.]

No matter if some realise less on others than some-- not all of us here can survive as easily, hm~?
I could use some cloth, along with taking some of that wool off your hands. There's a friend of mine who could spin it for me-- running a little low on yarn for my knitting.
[If this man didn't live with a demon he'd not have as much free time as he does.]

You knit as well, good sir? It - it is not a skill many men from my time possess. It is considered women's work. But it is a most relaxing task. I shall be able to give you both cloth and wool. Was there any particular sort of cloth you had in mind?
[Talking is becoming less awkward the more she does it, but he's still a bit creepy. Tybalt is definitely coming with her to collect the pig.]

Yes, yes, a hobby I took up sometime after my arrival here to keep my hands busy. I'm very used to being busy at home, and here there isn't much to occupy myself in such a matter. Oh, no, nothing in particular, Miss.
[Sadly he's no control over how creepy he is-- or does he. No one really knows.]

You find yourself with idle time here? It seems as though I am nearly always busy. But knitting and sewing are part of what keep me so, and they are pleasant tasks.
[She nods.]
I shall find something which might suit any number of projects, then, good sir.

I do, two of those I live with do well with hunting-- along with cooking and up-keep of the house. It leaves me with the time to save up stores for times supplies to be found are small, or keep myself entertained in some way or another. The knitting has resulted in quite a few scarves and mittens.
[Glancing back at a bit of noise the pigs make.]
Thank you, Miss.

Thank the Lord that here, such losses are not permanent. It is a comfort to the families and friends of those for whom the lesson does not take right away.
That does not sound as though you are idle, good sir. It sounds as though you keep quite busy, and I am certain your housemates appreciate your foresight.
[She curtsies.]
When would you like the wool and fabric?

[Too bad it's only himself and the two cats who can eat food in the house. Ah, the odd thing of living with a vampire and a demon.]
As would some who may not be able to do the same, I gather more than enough that will keep for a good while.
When you've the time to deliver it after gathering it. I'm in no rush.

That is most kind of you to do.
It should not be very long. I must finish unpacking and arranging things properly, and then I may take stock of my supplies and find suitable material for trade.

I've seen starvation from winter first hand, my dear. At home I deal with the results every year. [How does he keep smiling with this line of conversation.]
I can certainly wait untill you've organized yourself once again.

Are - are you a clergyman, good sir?
[He does not look such, but one can never be too certain.]
Thank you. Again, that - that is most kind. Having to move, and then being taken away from home, has made it difficult to set things to rights in a timely fashion.

[Creepy.. comes with the job?]
The lack of readily available supplies aren't much of a help when it comes to re-adjusting, I'm sure. Nor the latest goings on.

You must be a man of firm constitution, good sir.
The lack does create a challenge, I will admit, but it is not insurmountable. I am enjoying the testing of my creativity.

[Why yes, he just called the dead his guests. He's a lovely host, mind you.]
That is a good way to keep yourself from growing too bored, isn't it.
