Last November I posted about the Orphan Foundation of America Red Scarf Project. Well, they have sent out the call for crafters. Donations will be accepted from Sept 1st to Dec 15th. These folks are in Sterling. Also one of my LYS (local yarn stores) is collecting scarves for this as well ( Read more... )

I'm thinking about doing the Orphan Foundation of America Red Scarf Project . The scarves go to college-bound kids from the foster system. They even provide a number of unisex patterns in knit and crochet.
