I Call Shenanigans!
In just a few moments, it will be time to get my things together and head down for the career fair. Strangely enough, I'm feeling a bit nervous.Perhaps it's just the prospect of an entire day spent networking with people. Or, perhaps it was the fact that I woke up this morning to a power outage. My plan was to wake up super early, make coffee & breakfast, check my email and then slowly get ready for my long day. Instead, I woke up panicked by the power outage, rushed to check the clock on my cell, and rushing to buy some coffee after reporting the outage. Luckily, I take some pleasure out of life's shenanigans and that keeps my irritation levels in check these days. I could have dreamed up a much more relaxing "day off", though...
