Test Drive

Once again my right foot felt like it had a cramp. It did clear up in a while and didn’t give me any problems after a while. I wasn’t sure how long I’d be out but I was hoping for at least an hour.

It was my guess that the Redskins game was on about 1. Even if it wasn’t I might get interested in another game. As I walked towards Old Town Manassas I was thinking I could use some beef. A big juicy steak would be nice but thinking about the possibilities I figured I’d try a burger at Foster’s Grille.

There were a number of tables outside of Foster’s and the other restaurant next to it. Both are facing the train station which sits on the other side of the tracks. I made my way across the tracks and into Foster’s. I was going to get my burger to go since all the outside tables from both restaurants were taken. I guess the weather is still good enough to get out and the heat isn’t going to hold that long.

To my surprise there was a number of people in line and they are kind of slow so I continued to Center St (Rt. 28) over to main and then took Mathis north. My legs were feeling great, my foot wasn’t bothering me and my spirits were pretty high.
