Anyway, my weekly post. What's new with me?
Nearly lost my job this week. Because of some stupid stuff I have 11 1/2 points out of 12, and at 12 I get fired. I was trying to clock-in earlier this week and my badge wouldn't swipe. Then, I noticed it was 3:31. I start at 3:30. I ran back to my computer to put myself on available, but by the time I got there it was 3:32. I couldn't even run because I'd sprained my ankle a few days before (at work, mind you). Now, officially, even 1 min. past your start time and you're considered tardy, which means 1/2 point; which would mean I'm gone. Luckily a supervisor had seen that I was at work logging in over 1/2 an hour early, so she sent an email and got it fixed. Nearly gave me a heartattack. No points fall off until June 1, so I have to be a saint until then. Wish me luck. I swear, this place has the stupidest attendance policy! Oh, and the same day? I realized at about lunch time that I'd forgotten to wear a bra *LOL* I had a tank with a shelf built in, so it wasn't a big deal, but with a 38DD chest you've got to give the boys some support, you know what I mean? Don't know how I manged to forgett.
The weather's been plesant, but it's hard to decide what to wear because I'm too warm when I leave for work at 1 in the afternoon, but when I'm waiting for a bus at midnight I'm chilly. But, that doesn't really matter now; yesterday was in the 80s and when I woke up today it was in the 40s! WTF?
Haven't been feeling great. (I know, what's new, right?) Somehow I slept until 5:30 this afternoon! Granted, I went to bed at 4:30am, but still. I just don't know what's wrong with me lately. I should probably go see a doctor, but I'm not a big fan of those. Oh, and I'm still tired. Wonderful.
We haven't gotten much done with the house. My brother was supposed to work off some of his debt to me by working on my house, namely tearing out the floors in my bathrooms and helping put down the new floor, but he's been mysteriously absent whenever we need him lately. Not that I'm surprised, but I would like to get some work done sometime.
