State of the Majo
Wow, I keep forgetting to post.........
There were a few interesting dreams here and there, but nothing much that I remember, nor game/anime related. Mostly I've been working, playing KH1, and just bumming around.^^
KH1:
I finished up Wonderland, monkeyed around in Deep Jungle, and just last night (This morning?) got to the Coliseum after my various hijinks. So far I have to say that everything I've heard about the comparison between KH1 and KH2 is true. KH1 has much better story (so far) and more detailed worlds, tons more stuff to explore, etc. But it suffers a bit in the actual fighting (no auto-closing in on the enemies, yet), the camera angle is nuts at times, there are no maps, and the graphics not as awesome as KH2. It was probably a good idea to have played KH1 first instead of CoM, because my button bashing skillz are transferable.
Wonderland was TONs of fun, after I got used to/resigned to jumping on mushrooms all night. :D The walkthrough helped too. Deep Jungle was ok, though most notably I neglected to notice that the Heartless were SPAWNING ON INFINITE LOOP in the Climbing Trees section until like, 20 minutes later (and 5 levels, 2000 munny, etc etc). Oh, well? Free level-up? It made the semi-boss battle with Clayton somewhat of a joke. Though Sora-flying-courtesy of the gorillas was pretty hilarious.
I am bummed though! I went back to Traverse Town to restock (You can buy a lot of hi-potions with 2000 munny), but couldn't find Leon again. Yuffie tells me he's in the......gah, what was it? Something connected to the alleyway. The caverns? But the only path in is currently closed off. I don't want to have to depend on the walkthrough ALL the time! D:
Today I hope to make good progress on the Coliseum, because......well. Cloud. Stiffer than the stiffs back home, baby.
Other than that, today I plan to get a lot of chores done before going to Darian's birthday dinner (?) thing. Hopefully I'll make it back in time for Coffee night, because I need my weekly dose of geeky friends. Was invited to another birthday bash (co-worker's) at the end of February at Universal Citywalk. Am considering it because I've never been there before (or if I have, I don't remember it).

Final Update (not to be confused with Final Attack): Got quote from the first company. Locked Deep Jungle after much acrobatic hijinks (God, I hate the camera angles with a BURNING PASSION), did not make much progress on the Coliseum as a result. Leon is hilarious with the "..."s. Had a fun dinner with Darian and her friends, and also made it to Coffee night where I made those with laptops watch Dead Fantasy. All is good. And now I have to go to bed, because the next company to give us a quote will be here tomorrow, between 7 to 8 (whyyyyyyyyyy? Why did I think it was a good idea at the time?!@_@)
