Yes, every time I hear that refrain I think the singer's saying "Slow kiss" instead of "snow kiss". Go figure.
This is your public service announcement: I am not dead! I am slightly busy, hanging in there, and such.
Bro came back this past Sunday very briefly - to work. I got him a very delicious cake and we had CPK for dinner. It was a busy but good

I'd say certainly; I would be able to pick your pics out of a bunch of random drawings scattered about with very little trouble. But then again I know your art quite well by now.^^
2. If so, what exactly is it that defines my "style"?
In general you fall very neatly into manga/anime style art, with minor variations depending on what's influencing you at the time. (When FMA all the folks got broader chins, when Saiunkoku everyone got shoujo-y, etc..) But you've been drawing for so long that your lines and strokes are very recognizable. I'd call your style manga-sketch.^^
3. Would you say my art usually follows a 'theme'?
Heck yeah. You're almost exclusively a character illustrator. What appears to interest you the most is the individual and his/her interaction with another individual, rather than any sort of interaction with their environment. You are also less prone to symbolism and more prone to literal scenes.
4. Is there anything I really need to improve on or change?
I am pretty much the last person qualified to say this to you, but finishing your sketches? :p Rough doodles are great, but once in a while it'd be nice to see something more polished. Or, you know, colors! :)
5. Does my style (if I have one) remind you of/look like the style of anyone else?
Your earliest style that I'm familiar looked like Slayers official art, unsurprisingly. Since then you've managed to catch the essence of the original mangaka's style (if drawing fanart) and sort of infused it with your own look. While your style is not wildly and eye-poppingly UNIQUE, it is definitely your own, but in a subtle way. I hope that doesn't come across sounding rude, but it's like certain people (Van Gogh for instance) have this immediate and instantly recognizable style where even if you see it from a distance, you know it's Van Gogh without even really seeing the subject. With yours, it's less obvious, but that doesn't mean it's not there.
6. Judging from whatever art of mine that you've seen, what do you think I do the best at?
You are very good at capturing a particular moment, a particular mood. So in essence, I think you're a great illustrator.
7. What do you think I suck at?
....finishing your sketches?^^;;;;; Backgrounds, as well. I don't think you suck (a little drastic), but since you don't focus as much on elements outside of your characters (again I am the last person to lecture you on this), I'm sure they can use work. :)
