Baaaaaaaaaaaack!
Hello lovely LJ world!
I'm back! Did you miss me?
Well, I'm not really back since I never really left. I still came here every day and read my f-list, commented here and there but mostly read fanfic. Mostly Janto fic. As you might have noticed I started writing myself. I'm just a slow writer. I don't know how people do it who dish out chapter after chapter on a daily basis. NOT that I'm complaining. Gawd, I'd be so frustrated if I was waiting for updates on my own fics. LOL! It just... takes time. I juggle ideas in my head first, bring them into shape. Then I usually write them down on paper. Then type them up on my laptop. Always changing stuff in the process. Then I send it to my lovely and ever patient and just generally awesome friendand beta crowson75 who polishes language and grammar and tells me what else needs to be changed and... then the whole process starts from the beginning LOL until I finally, finally happy with the result. So, yes, that takes a while.
RL? Not so much happening now, so we can skip that part.
Fandom? Same old, same old...
I had a lot of fun going through my old Advent Calendar posts the other day (you can do that too by clicking on the tag) although most of the youtube videos are gone. Boo. But it was funny to read the tidbits I shared about my private life and how things seem to be repeating itself around this time of the year. Money/job worries seem to be a recurring theme, as are tooth issues. LOL!
Anyway... this year, the Advent calendar will be a bit more difficult to maintain but also a bit more personal. For the next 24 days, I will try to take at least 1 pic a day of something that happened that day, that I did that day or... well... "something". I don't know yet. I didn't make a plan of what I will be taking pictures of. Maybe it'll just be a picture of my flat or me making silly faces. LOL! Expect some craziness. And some boring days. (My life is not that spectacular)
So if you're going "who is this weird person on my f-list anyway, I cannot remember her?", then NOW would be a good time to ask questions about me! Or, you know, you can wait for the pics and ask questions about them.
First Advent calendar post will be up tomorrow evening... or... later today since it already IS Dec 1st!

- It's good to have Ian back on a weekly basis, gawd I've missed that! And I really like Vampire Diaries! It's a good show!
- Dreading Christmas/New Year's because Ten's final episodes will kill me dead.
- Looking forward AND dreading the new season of LOST. Can't believe it's the last one. A life without LOST? Just how?
- Love the new season of Supernatural although I have the feeling that Castiel had more screentime last season when he was a guest than now that he's a regular. Meh.
- Modern Family is just made of win! So glad that I got this "exclusive" sneak peak at the first ep.
