this is the recipe that inspired the seared broccoli that we made for Thanksgiving. It worked very well to use up the broccoli stems. Although we did not use red pepper flakes. And Peg use kosher salt and that really made the dish.

I want to get the food notes out of my head before I forget.
eating our main meal at the food court worked really, really well.
I don't think I will ever go back to a food plan. I have eaten with some of the best and they drove my family of cats crazy.
