(no subject)
I haven't updated on here in fourteen weeks.
That's not too surprising considering that I have been blogging consistently at www.maidmarcia.blogspot.com.

I still feel some odd loyalty to LJ, seeing as it was the original site of my first foray into blogging.
So here's a general life update.
I'm still working on the same floor at the hospital, although I did a little joint where I was working on a whole bunch of different floors. So far I've work on Renal Transplant, Head & Neck, Thoracics, Step Down, Rehab, Muskuloskelatal, Geriatics, Medical Assessment, Gastrointestinal, Neonatal Intensive Care, Clinic Teaching Unit, Cardiology, Coronary Care...and I think that's about it.
So that has basically kept me quite busy.
On top of that I now have a car and a laptop.
I already can't imagine life without a car. It's so much easier to get things done having your own car, instead of standing around and waiting for the bus.
Let's see, what else...
Still helping out with CE at the church.
Still have quite a messy room.
Still avidly watching LOST, which reminds me...season four finale was AMAZING. The show never disappoints.
Music wise I've been exploring several new artists including and not exclusive to: The Broken Family Band, Sinead O'Connor, Rachel Yamagata, Band of Horses, Finley Quaye, Air, Beck, Mazzy Star and many more. The new Coldplay songs are also quite amazing. I'm loving watching new tv shows, because they expose you to so much more music. The newest show I've been watching has been The O.C. I've already finished the entire series, which was four seasons.
Summer plans? Not many. Hopefully planning on going away camping for a week at the end of July, and that will only pan out if I successfully pass my G license, which is this upcoming week. *Crosses fingers, prays desperately*.
Anyway, that's about it.
