Online ordering goodness
I just ordered some rayon crepe from Trimfabrics for my Charley dress. I am excited to get working on it as the play we're currently working on is set in the twenties and it's getting me in the mood. :-D I feel like I've been neglecting my costuming this year. I guess I was sick of sewing after doing the costumes for Rhinoceros. I think a twenties dress will be just the thing to get me back into the swing of things this term.
As for trimfabrics, its really a great website. The crepe I got was only $4 a yard. Their shipping was a big pricey, though. Next time I want to order fabric from them I'll see if anyone wants to do a group buy.
I also got lining for Eight's coat while at home, and spent yesterday making the rest of the covered buttons. Hopefully that's something I can cross off my list soon.
