The Beginning...
Ah finally! Internet!!!!! :) WOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
So it begins... I've just been out tonight, having stayed in on my first night at uni (:O) and its been pretty cool I have to say. My housemates are all pretty decent, nice, fun people - even the hip-hop guy... not that I came with any preconceptions... :P
There are 6 members to our house in the Leek Road Houses/community/whatever the hell i is... Its a case of 4 girls "2 guys to guard them" in our house at the moment... at least thats one of the girls' theories anyway... she then went on to point out that it was stupid as sh did/does kick-boxing... I have to say I agree. :P This theory emerged as we both (the guys) had the downstairs rooms... thus we would be able to fend off any thieves... :S Anyway, we then decided we need a baseball bat as the outer doors are pretty crappy... funnily enough we havent bought that yet :P We did however, buy an ikea style clothes horse thing and I also bought a cute little mouse... (for the computer you understand...) only a tenner folks... :P and contrary to popular opinion it doesnt need the foppy disk which came with it... good job really as few computers - let alone my laptop have disk drives...
I registered for my course today and got the internet working and then went out shopping for a bit and got some essetials which divided the cost of, to work out at a MASSIVE £1.50... each... That was surpprisingly good... hmmm... I intend to take lots of photos tomorrow of all the interesting parts of Stoke - after my first lecture at 9:00 :O I'm also hoping to get to grips with some of their cameras and I'll be putting some shots of my room on ringo too... its just too cool in here, :P despite the lack of stuff. :O Just remembered... NEEED BLUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUE tac... I lots more posters and the walls just arent surdy enough for pins... :(
