A Monday: "Gather the wind, Though the wind won't help you fly at all..."
So here we are again, tis late and dark and its been stormy... Hmmm... why'd I have to come back to Britain so soon? ...oh yeah... Uni...
My holiday away, so far away in sunny Paris was superb! I thoroghly enjoyed it, but I'm afraid you'll have to wait for a full update tomorrow on that one;). And now, back to reality, I'm afraid uni is upon me at last. Started on the first bits of packing today - basic items/books I need for my course (cameras (duh!), the books I bought etc) and basic "kev items" I.E lots of dragons/mythical creatures etc. Those who bought him will be pleased to know that Eddie is already boxed and prepared for transport! :P I have big plans form when he finally emerges! Also i need some more posters! Preferably the ones in virgin of The Crow - yes both of them! :P
Infact I need to pack those posters I already have too... and if I can still find some Maiden ones... and- :P just kiddin! I would like to get hold of some Maiden ones too though, there was a really cool door length one at one point. A simple white background with Eddie emerging, smashing through as he does on the grave/crypt of the "No Prayer for the Dying" cover (poor album by maiden's high standards - but great cover).
Speaking of music, I have aquired some new Hammerfall while en France! I'm dead chuffed as it isnt available in the UK for some reason; all record shops/sites I've looked on/in (and believe me thats a fair few) havent had it :S. Its annoying as its the hit 2nd album that made their name - Legacy of Kings... and its pretty damn good stuff! :) Also, it wasnt too expensive either, even on conversion it still didnt sound as expensive as it would over here! Good all round, and looking forward to the new album too!
Will be working and packing I think tomorrow so will update in the evening sometime. I'd like to do an update every day until I go to uni and therefore, complete the most consistant period of updating ever since the days of Kevo's Weblog. I will be difficult for me, but I'm on about 92 posts and I gotta make it too a hundred soon - after 2 years its starting to bug me :P
