ROOMMATE
So my current lease will be up at the end of February, I'm looking for somewhere else in the city to move, preferably closer to downtown if possible. I'd like to try to find a responsible roommate if possible.
It'd be easier on both parties for bills etc.
Basic specs:
I need to be out of my current apt no later than March 1st.
I'm ok with moving most places in the city as long as they aren't high crime areas (ie. Not OTR plz, lol)
I have a 3 year old, you need to be ok with that fact and if you're a parent, that's fine too.
I have a cat, long haired, super sweet, well behaved doesn't scratch furniture and goes in his litterbox ALWAYS. Be ok with that, too.
I'd like to shoot for a 3 bedroom.
It's ok if it's in Ky or Ohio.
Bills for utilities/rent/mutual expenses will be split 50/50.
A job is required (I really shouldn't even need to say that).
Male or female roommates are fine, other animals are fine assuming they'll get along with the cat (ie. plz no dogs that like to eat cats). My cat gets along with just about everything.
I'm not a prude, I'm not super anal about things, but I want to be 100% sure that the living situation will work out for both of us before we commit.
