Okay. Okay. Atem is a slight of hand artist/gambler/dealer at a casino. Yuugi is an unlikely James Bond on a mission (with an expertise in explosives and an uncanny love of Rubik's cubes/puzzles.) They have adventures.
I don't have time to write this. But damn.
I blame this on you, "Penn & Teller: Fool Us".
(Also, my decade-long love affair with Gundam Wing has absolutely NOTHING to do with the fact that Yuugi is now an explosive's expert for no reason. *ahem* Nope. Not at all. I can justify Yuugi being good at chemistry in canon! It's all just puzzles, really...)
...I once went to a lecture on bombs by an explosive's expert. I wanted to be an explosives expert after that. Or even just audit the classes. Too bad they were all the way in another city. I AM NOT SUSPICIOUS AT ALL.
Sometimes I think that I like all the shows I do because they're gay and have the potential for deadly mind games. ...You know... Weapons of mass destruction... card games... same thing!
