Happy Immigration Rally
I really don't have much to say. Just thought I oughta update while I have the chance. Things are getting very busy.
Our big fundraiser last Friday went very well. I cut out early (yay for no clean up this year) and drove up to Green Bay, where I promptly fell into bed around midnight thirty. I woke up bright and early, drove up north, and did my thing. Got back to GB in the afternoon when the exhaustion hit in the form of a raging migraine. Yay. But it's over and I survived.
Didn't participate in MKE's immigration rally. Thought about making a shirt that said, "Welcoming immigrants to my country since 1492," but only because it would've been humorous. I'm not all that much for political rallies and the like.
I'm saving up for a Central European vacation, but I can't decide if I should take it in December or early spring next year. Any suggestions from my friends in CE? Anyone friends from the US wanna come with?
Work is busy. Plus I'm starting to volunteer in the evenings so my schedule's getting full. May get even fuller on the social scale if a certain friend moves to Milwaukee. I don't know if a city as small as MKE can handle us. Philly's taken us on for a weekend or two, but even then I was a bit concerned, concrete park or no.
