gym journal nonsense

I will have to figure out how to add 3-4 sessions of (Vinyasa?) yoga to a 5-6 day training split.

After about six sessions of feeling like I accomplished much immediately leaving the gym, but without the tell-tale (and bizzarely satisfying) muscle soreness the following two days, I appear to have broken that trend last night in my (SURPRISE!) leg set. I felt like I accomplished a ton while I was there (probably because my average rest between sets was about 45s instead of 2m), and I am walking a bit like a gimp today.
I'm thinking that the decreased wait time between sets is what is making the difference, and will try and confirm that in my chest/core set tomorrow.
