Randalls is one of those weird places where no one really wants to work, but many people work there anyway. Many can't get a job elsewhere and others are just too lazy to look for a new job (which in essence means that they can't get a job anywhere else), but what ever the particular person's reason for working at Randalls that person does not enjoy their job. HOWEVER, certain managers seem to think that everyone loves to do their "service attributes" and lives to get good shops. So, in an effort to punish all employees that decide they want/need a vacation certain managers cut back hours when that employee returns to the job. Example: I took a three week vacation and when i returned i got three hours of work. But that isn't punishment! SURE, my bank account has been devistated by shopping and too much but after such a great break I'm soo glad to not have to work.
Moral of the story, take a vacation if you want a break.
