More Flexies

This is actually the first part I've done rather badly out of order. It's sometime shortly after the Seekers 'join' the 'cons. Explains some of their motivation...

They were afraid. It had been a long time since they had been afraid like this, and they couldn't even tell anyone. They had never considered this would happen, when they had joined the Decepticon cause. There was a reason they had never asked Tabula to take them back to Vos... They were Trined, well and truly, and despite the horrors of their past, they were happy together.

They were never supposed to be together. Flightless didn't have trine protocalls... but then, they couldn't be sure they had been Flightless. They didn't need the sky... They did need each other. Even apart, they were always connected, always... they had not met any other gestalt, and so they didn't know if that was usual or not. They mostly just remembered the pain and the horror and the loss as creator bonds were broken, and then more pain, and then the joy of... but they couldn't even say 'finding' each other. They had been forced to accept each other, forced to Trine... they didn't know if the gestalt was intentional or not. They hadn't had enough time to find that information when they escaped.

That was why they were scared now, though. Because Seekers had joined the Decepticons. Seekers, and... unless they were very, very wrong, the Winglord. If the Seekers realized what they were... Surely they would be seen for the abomination they were. If they were simply rejected, that would be fine. They could live on their own, that was not the problem. It was the other option they feared... what if the Seekers were not willing to let them live? They could not stand against all the Seekers in the army.

Reflector had no choice, though. Kaon was no home for them any longer, they could not leave the army... and so they served, obeyed orders... and subtly aided the Seekers. How could they not aid their kin, even if the winged ones could never know.
