I need a new computer. Like, now.
AN UPDATE OF MIDDLING IMPORTANCE:
My baby is dead. The TCB attempted surgery, and ended up importing my hard drive into a random Inspiron he had lying about the floor of his apartment, but as it is unable to connect to the internet (unless I sit in the Creepy, Creepy Basement and connect directly to the router, and as I have no desire to sit in the Creepy, Creepy Basement in front of the Giant Random Hole in the wall that I keep on thinking about getting Sam and Dean to come by and check out, that's not going to happen) and the only USB it acknowledges has the memory of my cat, I'm thinking about playing Mozart's Requiem and firing up the barbeque.
So. Thank goodness for Mumsie's pretty new Dell. Otherwise I would have no internet at all.
I'm thinking that the procurring of the new computer is going to have to be stepped up a couple months. As in, directly after graduation. I'm just about certain that I'm getting the MacBook at this point--if anything has convinced me, it was the utter stupidity of my current Dell issues--but I'm wavering every time I remember how well I know Windows, even if Vista is apparently possessed by Etrigan Darkseid Satan.
In other news--saw Up this afternoon. The cuteness just about killed me. Every time I saw a dog this afternoon, I yelled "Squirrel!" in an entirely suspicious and vaguely crazy manner. All the mothers + spawn out walking said dogs definitely thought I was certifiable. If only they knew the awesomeness of the Cone of Shame. Also saw the new preview for The Princess and the Frog. Is it immature to admit that I am SO TOTALLY PUMPED for that movie? Disney used to be the shit, and has recently only produced shit. I am waiting for a return to awesome.
