20 crunches w/medicine ball (8 lbs)
40 bicycle crunches
10 pushups with alternating a hand on the ball
40 hiking steps with both hands on the ball
20 each side, overhead tricep presses w/ball in one hand
40 hindu squats w ball
10 side plank pushups
20 turkish getups, 10 on each side
~20 russian twists
First two positions of Sun Salutation, and A-frame stretch.
Tomorrow, burpees, something for hands/forearms, and more back stretches.
