Lunch workout

20 hindu squats
10 crunches w/medicine ball (8 lbs)
20 bicycle crunches
20 pushups with alternating a hand on the med. ball
20 each side, overhead tricep presses w/ball in one hand
40 hindu squats w ball
20 turkish getups, 10 on each side
~40 russian twists (crunch, come up only about 80% of the way, rotate 90 degrees right with ball, then back to center, then 90 degrees left, back to center, back down to floor)
40 medicine ball throws from lying flat
