First post of '07!!!
I've been neglecting my poor journal. :/ I guess I'll just sum up the past two months.

I'm sitting here trying to remember Thanksgiving, but I CAN'T. I guess I was high that day or something.

OK I remember something: We made 12 pies. And the dutch apple one was gross.
Onto December!! This last school semester ended with a huge pile of work. Animations, illustrations, comics, video compositing, and a TV opening. Lord, I'd almost forgotten about that last project. The paaaaaiiiin. And we still haven't finished it. T_T
I had one week after school let out to go Christmas shopping before we left on a cruise. It was a scramble, especially because I'd decided that one of Trent's presents would be the plot of the fantasy novel we're co-authoring. And I crochetted him a Russian hat (with earflaps)!
Then I went on a week-long, Carribean cruise with my mom's side of the family. There was 15 of us, and it was all paid for by my grandmother. It was my first cruise, and I was amazed at how much there was to do. Marie and I actually lost weight on the trip. My Dad said we defied some law by doing so. We returned on Christmas Eve.
I had a holly jolly Christmas. I unwrapped my biggest present to find a huge box of assorted foods! There were little cakes, chocolates, crackers, spreads, and even caviar. It was basically a big box of picnic supplies. Huwway!!!
I started another "hot chick" picture a couple months ago, and finished it today so I could move the dang file off my desktop. I don't like how it came out, mostly because I didn't use any references and therefore the anatomy looks very off. I still can't figure out for the life of me how to fix it. (If I talked to Eli more often I'd probably hear the answer from him.)
I decided I was going to disregard all of the advice I've previously received on creating hot chicks, and draw one that appeals to me instead. I was getting fed up with all the angry chicks, so I decided to let mine have some fun. ...While her clothes are falling off.
Anyone else think that she slightly resembles Maggie Gyllenhaal?
