Combustion is running a little less than 4 seconds per frame for rendering 1080p24. That's one mask, one particle emitter, and a comp. A pretty simple piece, really. It's about 60 seconds long, so 1440 frames (24 frames/sec.). Estimated time is 1 hr 20 minutes: some frames render faster, so the average frame render time is about 2.9 seconds ( Read more... )

Combustion is being an ass for some unknown reason. I think it's probably my XP install, and I really need to wipe and reinstall everything, and I really really don't want to do that. Unfortunately it's taking ten minutes or more to load every time I need to import footage ( Read more... )
