(Summary sucks, I know, but the fic isn't as bad ^^; )

Wind whipped back his hair, pushing delicate chocolate brown locks out of the way of hazel eyes. Emotions ran rampant in his vision, not ever leaving his thoughts were Maru's words.

"The Y.K.K.O!"

The same people who had put Jin in the hospital a year earlier, several ribs broken and bruises covering almost every square inch of his body. They had pushed him down the school stairs, time and time again until Ueda had finally arrived. By the time the teen had got there though, Jin was loosing conscious-ness quickly and was coughing up masses of thick red blood. Tatsuya had rushed to his side and carried him out, all while the gang teased him shouting insults.

"Go on, carry your boyfriend out! He's more fragile than you are, Hime!" The jarred at Tatsuya's sides in hopes that Akanishi would be dropped on the floor and further damage would be done. As soon as Ueda got far enough away he saw a Jin flutter his eyes open for a moment, cough, and go unresponsive again. The teen quickened pace until he was back home, ignoring his mother's worried calls and putting Jin onto his bed. He stayed there and took care of him for several days, missing school to supervise over the other's health. Jin had always been terrified of doctors, and he wanted to wait before bringing on more shock. As soon as Tatsuya got back to school though, rumors swirled about.

"Shhh! Here he comes!"

"I heard he raped that poor new kid, Jin!"

"What a fag..."

He ignored all of the glares, whispers, and threats; letting himself become numb. He knew what really happened, that's all that mattered to him. Though, lunch times were entirely unbearable with Yukoge's gang taunting him and throwing his things around. They claimed them all to be "Unsanitary Fag Objects", or the "Bad UFOs" and told the rest of the school that if they touched them, they would become "infected". This went on for a few weeks until one day.

The crowd watching let out gasps and whispers, watching as someone walked out over to Tatsuya. The person picked up all the tossed belonging and laid them out on the table, helping himself to a spot. Tatsuya stared with all the others in bewilderment, who was this guy, and why did he wish to die such a painful social death?

"Yuichi, Nakamaru Yuichi. I am sitting here because I'm not stupid like the rest of our school's general population. And...this is my way of paying you back." Tatsuya never understood what the other meant, but decided to let it go. He hid a slight smile and stared down at his food, ignoring the stares yet again, he even ignored the gang. Maybe because this time, this time he had help.

Jin recovered soon enough, and was back in school unknowing of the past events. Needless to say he found it odd when he heard trifles of whispers and faces looking at him with vague sympathy. Choosing to brush it off, he continued about his own business in the halls...until he got to class.

Upon arriving in the class room he could feel a more heated watch on him, causing him to shift slightly with discomfort.

'Wonder why they're looking at me...' He noticed as another girl approached him, Mikiko Suboya, she quickly put on one of her winter gloves and patted him on the shoulder. The glove was thrown into the trash afterwards, now "infected" with the "Fag Virus" Ueda had been spreading. She faked a smile at him, as if to reassure him that it would be alright. Jin just stared at her confused, easing back in his chair to get a full view of the room. It was watching his every movement, on edge.

"I'm sorry about what happened, Jin." Jin grinned sheepishly at her, rubbing the back of his head. He chuckled a bit, the sound being the only one in the class room.

"Eh, I've been through worse." The girl gasped at him, putting on another glove to pet his hair in another attempt to comfort the "wounded" one before her. Jin stared at her curious again, about to grab her hand to stop her, but she pulled away.

"Please, Akanishi-kun, don't touch me. I don't want to get infected." Her eyes shone with a certain honesty and naivety. The teen laughed again, straightening his back a little.

"I wasn't out with the flu, I just fell down the stairs. Well actually I was pushed...repeatedly." Jin said this with a grim face, looking towards the back of the room at Yukoge and his friends. He noticed how Kamenashi seemed to be glaring at him with pure hatred as Mikiko continued petting him with the glove. The girl was about to say something when the teacher came in, so she quickly scurried off to her seat. Jin noticed how the people around him seemed to scoot their chairs away slightly from him.

"Okay class, today we're discussing Quadratic Equations. Now, does anyone know the equation?" The teacher's name was, Mrs. Nicole Adrode, a new teacher from America. She was decent, but she didn't give any care about whatever the hell her class did as long as it wasn't illegal and they wrote the homework down. Mrs.Adrode tended to just ignore her students, even when they were getting picked on by the gang seated in the back. To tell the truth, she hated her class, except for Jin and Tatsuya. Though, she didn't particularly like Jin, but he at least tried to pay attention and do the homework. Tatsuya, well he was really the only reason she came back everyday. The boy had a passion for school she hadn't seen in a long time, he had a gift. Mrs.Adrode turned her head and saw Tatsuya's hand up, smiling slightly and nodded for him to answer.

"Queer." Someone coughed from behind Tatsuya as he answered, the teen simply shrugging it off.

"That's right Tatsuya, now why don't we-Oh, hello Yamapi. What, might I ask, brings you here?" Yamapi showed her a slip of paper and her face turned a pale white. She pointed at Tatsuya and motioned for him to grab his stuff and go to the office, Jin stared.

"Why is Tatsuya leaving?" The teacher looked down at the ground solemnly, fidgeting with her nails and sighing deeply. Never had she thought she would say these words:

"Tatsuya has been beckoned...because he is in trouble, a lot of trouble." Jin stared harder now, surprise clearly evident on his shocked face.

"In trouble for what?" He watched his teacher remain silent and stare at the ground, she stopped fidgeting her fingers. Mrs.Abrode looked as if she were trying to find the right words some where on the floor, but they were out of reach.

"Tatsuya...Tatsuya has been called because they believe he has raped another student." Jin could feel the air shift and the back of the room smile wide, in an attempt to hold back laughter. It made his blood boil with rage.

"Rape?! Tatsuya would never do that! And...and who would he rape anyway?! Tatsuya hardly even hangs out with anyone here besides...besides..." His teacher looked at him, in an instant the answer came to him. He cursed, glaring down at his desk so hard it seemed it would combust into flames.

"Tatsuya, you can leave." Mrs.Adrobe looked heart-broken, and silently Tatsuya prepared to leave. But Jin wouldn't let this go without a fight.

"Tatsuya, stay! You and I both know that's a got dang lie! Tell them how you saved me after I got pushed down those stairs!" His teacher looked at him with a new hope deep in her eyes, hoping that maybe this was all wrong!

"You were pushed down the stairs, Akanishi-san? By who?" She seemed to come alive for the first time in a while, her star student could be innocent if they had proper witness.

"I got pushed by Yuk-"

"It's okay, Jin. I'll just go..." Jin looked at Tatsuya surprised, and a bit upset.

"But, Tat-chan-"

"No, if you say it, things will only get worse. Please." Jin bit his lip, feeling the sincerity in his friends 'Please' and decided to remain quiet. Their teacher remained quiet, her serious face returned as she motioned for Tatsuya to leave the room. The bell rang just as the teen did, and that's when things changed.

A teacher sat down in her chair, wondering why her life had to be left so empty.

A brown-haired teen wondered why the world was so unfair.

And another wondered who would miss him if he was gone forever...

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This was Ueda's memory on the past year, if you didn't get it. >.< This was him looking back on how they became social outcasts, and how he met Maru. Junno isn't in this chapter because he hasn't come yet, and Jin is the new kid. This explains why he became an outcast by association, as did Maru. I'm sorry if you all REALLY hate Yukoge right now for pushing JinJin down the stairs...repeatedly and almost killing him. I PROMISE THINGS WILL GET BETTER! ^____________^;; That's why Junno is needed in Uepii's life~ Sorry the chapter was kind of short, this was the only proper place to end it!!! At least I updated, ne?
Thankies for Reading~Comments are love and they make me smile! :D Plus I update faster! Oh and bonus points if someone can guess how I am going to reference Maru to Ueda's past! ^^
